depending on if you are physically active or not you should be anywhere from 96-132 pounds and that is the combined range. if you are physically active you tend to weigh a little more because of muscle weight and should be anywhere from 110-132. But if you are not physically active you should be 96-115 pounds.
If your 5'6'' that is pretty tall for being 14. But you also need to consider muscle weighs more than fat. I have a friend who is almost all muscle and she is only 5'2'' and she weighs about 150. You would have never guessed if you looked at her. For a girl who does not want to have too much muscle 140 to 150 is fine. You can even give or take from that. But if you are really worrying about weight you should compare to how you look not how much you weigh. What I like to to is look in the mirror and see if there is fat bumps in places they shouldn't be
