I use TiteBond wood glue . It works very well for that.
I've used yellow carpenter's glue in bookbinding many times. It's really good to hold pages to the spine.
This isn't a low-budget project. Let me scratch my head a minute... Let's throw out a couple of numbers first. The book is 6x9 and is saddlestitched. If the printing plant has a 40-inch press, you could run the covers six-up on a 25x38 sheet. You'd have 17 sigs with six different covers per sheet, and one with three covers run two-up per cover. Hence, 18 makereadies and 18 sets of plates. And THEN the printer has to keep the covers separate all through the book's production process. (This isn't an easy task.) If they can afford the press run, they can afford to pay you properly. I would charge $100 per cover and not feel bad at all about it.
The simplest thing to do would be to get as many pictures as you can of Twilight including book covers and make a Twilight collage!

If we're talking about a book to serve as a companion text to a life drawing class, I'll have to go with George Bridgman's "Constructive Anatomy." If you're looking for an academic survey of figure drawing concepts, I'd go with Nathan Goldstein's book. (The best book on drawing for absolute beginners is "How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way," by Stan Lee and John Buscema. It's an art school in a book.)

The author Chip Kidd is best known for his book covers. He has often downplayed how important book covers are saying it is not a cover that sells a book.He is also known for being a fan of comic books for which he has also design covers for.
The best covers for a Kindle are ones that have been made for a specific model. For example M-Edge Kindle covers come in a range of sizes depending on which Kindle you have.
Book covers have greatly improved. These new book covers have pictures and fancy lettering on them to draw in readers.
The spine of a book is the part that runs along the book's outer bound edge, typically where the title, author, and publisher information is displayed. It helps to hold the pages together and allows the book to be easily identified when stored on a bookshelf.
Many people say that, together with Twilight, it is the best book in the quadrology. Personally, I think it is the best book, as well.

I have seen book covers where Harold is white/off white. I have seen book covers where Harold is orange. I have also seen book covers where Harold has white whiskers and chin but is orange on top of his head.

In the book "Hoot," Dana Matherson gets arrested for vandalizing the school bus by gluing his hand to the seat. He did this in retaliation against Roy Eberhardt after an altercation.
