Well that is a matter of opinion. Some great j-rock (visual kei) bands are The GazettE, X-Japan, Dir en Grey, Alice Nine, girugamesh, D, An Cafe, d'espairsray, sadie, LM.C, versailles and Abington Boys School and many more. Just look around and look these up. Hope I helped :)
