Take I-93 south to exit 1 for I-95 south through Providence RI, New Londen, New Haven, Bridgeport, then turn left at exit 6B to I-278 west to FDR drive south then there you are in the Big apple. If you on the mass pike , get off at exit 15 for I-95 Rt-128 south insted of staying to I-84 (it will cost more in tolls)

From downtown DC you leave DC via route 50 East, then take the Baltimore Washington PArkway (I-295) to Baltimore where you merge onto I-95 N. At Delaware you bypass Philadelphia by taking I-295 to the New Jersey turnpike. Take the George Washington Bridge exit and cross over into New York. Take I-87 to Connecticut where you take I-15 or I-95.

1. Take I-95 NORTH to I-295 and the NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE (toll) to the Delaware MEM. BRIDGE and NJ-NY in Delaware. You can bypass downtown Baltimore by taking I-895 (via Harbor Tunnel) (EXIT 46 off I-95).

5. EXIT at EXIT 9N onto the HUTCHINSON PKWY NORTH to the MERRITT PKWY. Take the HUTCHINSON PKWY NORTH to Connecticut where it continues as the MERRITT PKWY (ROUTE 15).
6. Take the Merritt Pkwy NORTH on ROUTE 15 to EXIT 54 which is I-95 and U.S. 1 to MILFORD and NEW LONDON.
7. Follow signs to I-95 to N.Y. and NEW HAVEN, then follow signs to I-95 NORTH to NEW HAVEN and NEW LONDON. Then take I-95 NORTH to I-395 NORTH to NORWICH and PLAINFIELD at EXIT 76.
8. Take I-390 NORTH to Massachusetts where I-395 turns into I-290 past I-90 MASSACHUSETTS TURNPIKE. Continue on I-290 NORTH to Worcester.
