anemia is lack of red blood cells sometimes caused by not enough iron in the blood. You can take iron pills or eat spinach, liver or red meat. basically anything which is Iron rich.
I would ask a doctor as they would know more.

∙ 12y agoIron supplements are the best choice for anemia. A large portion of all iron in our body is in our blood where it helps hemoglobin transport oxygen to our organs and tissues.
Solaray or Source Naturals are some excellent choices for iron supplements.
