Well i have trouble with that as well but i found a way options: A: Just face the music
B: Say i don't have to do what you say you don't control me!
C: Say I'm sorry i wont do/have it again.
D:Say whateva and walk away
Hope this helps
i wouldn't say any of that haha tho it is kinda funny ! :) i argue a lot with my parents and the best way to deal with it is either tell them that you are sorry and have done with it or give them lip and the argument will last 10 times longer than what it needs to last! i will admit i do cheek my parents but they know that i am like that now as they are quiet laid back about my cheek . but some of your parents are strict there for i would just apologise and go to my bedroom or go out and let them and yourself have time to cool down :) hope this helps x'I really just argue back so yeah xD
Gatta love ya tho sugamama!
arguing back just makes them more mad at you. Just tell them your sorry even if you ain't! And if they are still in a mood with you then that's there problem because you have done your part and apologised babess (: x'You get angry because something triggers adrenalin to be released, and too much makes you... rowdy. the best way to deal with this is to first identify what makes you angry, what you do when your angry, and how many minutes a day your angry, and focus on slowly raising your tolerance level, and finding new ways to deal with it. In a positive way that doesn't hurt anyone or yourself. If you keep doing this, you eventually will be able to be "The Nice Guy"

I don't suggest going for full-on reassignment surgery until you are 18 or over if you have unsupportive parents. You can show them by continuing transition the best you can. Some parents, and this is a real shame, don't have the capacity to be supportive. Just talk with them seriously and don't get angry or yell at them because then they will get defensive.
The best way to deal with a controlling person is to voice your opinion. If they don't stop it, then you will need to leave them alone.
