Don't blow them off just yet....Talk to them...there might be something bothering them that makes them act that way...Yet be carefull...If you see they don't change just leave them be...Some people just don't change...no matter what..
the arrogant person think that he is admired by eveyone , so by ignoring him this will make him try to talk to you and try to be ur frd jut because he couldn't accept that he is not admired ...
