Some do better through intensive study of dictionaries and grammars. Others do better with language laboratories and audio visual methods. Still others do better with 'thinking on your feet'. They'd prefer immersion in conversational courses and in travel abroad.
The best way to learn a language is to surround yourself with people that speak it fluently. If you are not able to do that, just while you are talking try to say a few words you already know in french. Or maybe you should try a good manuel or take some French lessons. ∙ 14y agoWell, in my opinion, the best way to learn conversational French is to spend a while in France. If this is unavailable, then perhaps talking a lot to a fluent French-speaker or somebody from France? My siblings have both been to France on several occasions, and now speak brilliant conversational French. I hope it works for you because France is a beautiful country, with a wonderful, elegant language, that will allow you to see and do so many great things. Good Luck!
