well, my husband wears his underwear into the shower with him, and then removes them and washes them while he is in the shower. I then have to pick them up and hang them to dry.

Use Oxyclean or another similar product. Just make sure to follow the directions, and if the undergarments are colored, make sure the product you use is color-safe.
Answerwipe better and you won't have that problem if you have a cow :P
