Possibly Large Intestinal Polyps or Strains Also could be Gall Bladder. Also could be Hernia Nonetheless see a gastroenterologist soon especially if you see blood in your stools or the pain becomes severe or you develope a fever or nausea. Gall Bladder pain is usually on the right side and goes from under the breast to under the back shoulder blade. I doubt you have that. It sounds like you have an irritated colon. Sounds like you need a better balanced diet of leafy greens such as broccoli, brussel sprouts, etc., and drinking more water (8 - 8oz glasses of water per day) as well as introducing grains into your diet. If you are on medications check to see what side effects it can cause such as constipation or diarrhea or bouts of both. If this continues for more than a week you should see your doctor. There are many people with bastroentestinal problems and it doesn't mean you have cancer.

I dont now but i am definitely researching.
Going into labor would cause discomfort in the lower left side of body.
If it hurts more with bending and twisting, it is most likely muscle-related. It it hurts when someone pushes on your abdomen, but not when you bend or twist, then it is more apt to be internal. There are hernias that can cause a bulging in the area you indicate, but I doubt that a hernia in the front-side of your abdomen would be a cause of back pain, unless you have more than one thing going on... If this continues, or begins to get worse, then I strongly suggest you be seen by your family doctor for possible Xrays, etc and surgical referral...
Pain in the lower right side of the abdomen can be caused by the reproductive system in females. Pain in the lower left region is usually caused by digestive disorders.
