Sulfur monochloride or sulphur monochloride (British English spelling).

This would actually be disulfur dichloride. Because it would look like S2Cl2 for easier reading.

Because this compound is made of two non-metals, it is molecular. For molecular compound names, simply put an appropriate prefix before the name of each element (nothing for 1 sulfer and di- for two chlorines) and ad an -ide to the last element. For SCl2, this would be:
