If I remember correctly it is the Capulet party, and is the only party in the whole play. Of course, by me saying that, the reason Romeo thinks it's a bad idea is because it is the Capulet's house.

∙ 12y agoHe's crashing the party. Presumably if the host doesn't like party crashers and finds out he's there he'll get thrown out on his ear. As it happens the host finds out but doesn't care about party crashers even if they are Montagues.
