Lemonade mainly consists of water and sugar. Adding sugar to water gives the solution a slightly higher density, but still reasonably close to water (1 kg/ litre). Smaller amounts of aroma compounds doesn't change the density significantly. Finally, the lemonade might be carbonated. Dissolving smaller amounts of carbon dioxide doesn't change the density - until the gas is liberated, then the bubbles will of course cause the density to decrease somewhere between water and air (a factor 1000 in difference).

If you have a gallon pitcher of lemonade and pour the whole thing into 12 cups is the volume of the lemonade in the pitcher and the lemonade in the 12 paper cups put together the same or different?

volume, same; density, larger. the lemon-aid is made out of freeze dried lemon juice and is then "water soluble" so every gap in the water is filled (saturated) with the lemon, therefore keeping the height and other dimensions the same but creating more mass hence a higher density (g/mL or mass divided by volume)
