Just check the amount of cohosh in the drops and the capsules because sometimes either can be more concentrated. I heard the tea is more effective if you can stand the taste. Also I have a link saying that blue works best when taken with black, if you are trying to start labor.

you can use black and blue cohosh drops. you get it at an herbal store. the blue is harder to find. alternate between the two every hour or so. i used this method with my second baby and it worked like a charm. good luck!
