The differences are:
- Concentration camps are camps where the inmates stay and perform back breaking labor. Plenty died too and this is where their daily lives occurred both day and night.
- Extermination camps has everything to do with death. You are forced to undress and go into a huge room that's designed to look like showers and a few minutes later, they release a gas called Zylkon B which kills a person in just a number of minutes. The S.S. men kept them in there for hours and then had others inmates that perform labor take their body into crematoriums where the person's dead body and their own flesh would burn into ashes.
