The main difference between a body mist and an eau de toilette is the length of time that the scent lingers on your skin. Generally speaking, an eau de toilette scent will last for a few hours, whereas a body mist's scent will fade after an hour or two.

"Pour homme" means "for men."

In the classical fragrance world, "eau de toilette" (toilet water) has the lightest fragrance, "eau de cologne" (water of Cologne) is stronger and "eau de parfum" is the strongest. Those are the fragrances for women. For men, "aftershave lotion" would be roughly equivalent to eau de toilette and "cologne" is like women's eau de cologne. Men don't have an equivalent to eau de perfume.

If something says "pour homme" on the bottle, it'll be a cologne--since women don't ordinarily shave their faces, they don't need aftershave lotion.
