Positive:
Rewarding experience
You meet people from all walks of life
You help people who cannot do for themselves
You teach people how to do things for themselves
Gives you confidence for dealing with situations/people

Negative:
LONG hours
Exposed to many diseases
Low pay for what we actually have to put up with
More likely to be injured (back, legs, feet problems)
Can be treated like crap by some doctors or families
Low staffing = more responsibility = high stress
