It's really a political issue, but I would say the fact that India does not have to sign the Non-Proliferation Treaty to get the benefits of civil technology. On the other hand I know that some opinion in India is against any deal with the US, and certainly would oppose the NPT, especially as Pakistan has not signed it.
The advantages of the nuclear deal seem to be with India
US and India
advantages of 123 agreement
is nuclear deal useful for us? why nuclear deal is useful for us? is nuclear deal useful for us? why nuclear deal is useful for us? is nuclear deal useful for us? why nuclear deal is useful for us? is nuclear deal useful for us? why nuclear deal is useful for us?
Do you mean the US/India deal. You can read about this at http://www.cfr.org/publication/9663/
Ratified by the US Senate in October 2008
russia
u should word ur questions better, but from i understood i think the answer is no, the us will do some severe damage to India if it uses nuclear energy
It enables India to get assistance from the US without requiring India to sign up to the Non Proliferation Treaty
Section 123 of US Atomic energy act
with the hide act agreement they can black-mail us or they can act as a control button of us. may try to force for another deal
If you mean the US-India deal, this lifts the moratorium on US nuclear trade with India, and expands US-Indian cooperation in energy and satellite technology, without India signing the Non Proliferation Treaty, so for India it is an unprecedented deal. India does agree to allow IAEA inspection of civilian reactors. see ' www.cfr.org/publication/9663/' for more details
