The King Black Dragon drops draconic visages very rarely there is no actual % of drops but their dropped very rarely about as rare as cannoneers drop dragon picks

I dont agree, the drop rate of draconic visage is around 0.001% (I.E 1/1000). i personally got a visage in 60 kills. And I got one on my first black dragon kill of a slayer task.. it's all random.

It is completely random, there is no set amount of time it could take to receive one of these in a drop. However I can tell you that Black Dragons (Level 227) are regarded as the easiest monster to kill which drops a Draconic Visage which could take over 2,000 kills. The King Black Dragon (Level 276)and Steel Dragons (Level 246) are regarded as the hardest to kill but have the best drop rate somewhere in around the 1000-1500 kill range. Unfortunately, most of that is incorrect. According to samples and experiments, the chances of getting a draconic visage are 1/3000 to 1/10000. It is also unknown whether the drop rate differs for each dragon, but I can assure you that the King Black Dragon and Steel Dragon do not have a drop rate of 1/500. It is true, though, that it is a random drop, meaning it can also be received with a Dragon Plateskirt or Platelegs in one kill. Since it is a bonus drop, the ring of wealth does NOT affect the chances of getting one.

Some people can obtain a visage within 100 kills and a lucky few even their first however around 99% of people find trying to obtain a visage very hard as the drop rate is estimated from 1/2500 all the way to 1/15000! I myself have killed around 10,5k Dragons in total and around 1,200 of those kills being the King Black Dragon. I have failed to obtain a visage so far. Good Luck and don't give up hope!
