Fentanyl is 100 times stronger than morphine, and is not to be messed with.

It's different for each individual, based on body size, opiate tolerance/intolerance, health factors, etc. Even a minimum patch dose can be fatal if it's used by someone who isn't already opiate tolerant, meaning they've already been using opiates on a regular basis for a long period and they need something more effective.

There is no "minimum" - it depends entirely on the person. For example, the amount of Fentanyl I use on a regular basis (and terminal cancer patients as well) is enough to kill most others who aren't opiate tolerant.

However, for anyone not opiate tolerant, it doesn't take much - Fentanyl is 100 times stronger than morphine. That's how most idiots get killed, ingesting concentrated doses and not being tolerant enough.

Fentanyl must be administered only by a doctor. It is too easy to overdose and die if you don't know exactly what you're doing.
