Heat stroke is when body temperature increased dramatically. First of all always notify emergency service or seek for immediate emergency medical care, while waiting for help fan the person, place an ice pack on the victim's neck, let the victim drink cool water, make the victim feel cool as possible if the victim loses his/her consciousness perform a CPR.
Your aims are to lower the casualty's body temperature as quickly as possible and arrange urgent removal to hospital.
You need to quickly move the casualty to a cool place and remove as much of the outer clothing as possible.

Remove patient from environment. Place in cool area. Begin fanning them. Monitor for signs and symptoms of shock. Remove clothing. Lightly mist patient with tepid water as you fan them. Seek meical attention immediately. DO NOT GIVE FLUIDS BY MOUTH as it can lead to vomiting.
Heat stroke is a result of heat exhaustion and usually consists of drowsiness and increased vomiting, whilst heat exhaustion can be treated before any symptoms occur. The process of treating a casualty with heat exhaustion should be as follows; Sit the person down in a cool place if possible Give them a glass of water in the dilution of 2 tablespoons of salt to a litre of water; as this will help replace the salts that will have been lost because of dehydration. The person should continue to stay out of hot atmospheres and also continue to drink fluids, preferably water.
