What would ever make that guy think there is anywhere in Georgia that would frost 2.5 feet below the surface? It rarely drops to the 20s in Georgia and it's for a couple hours then the sun is up and back to 35-40

Well, there more then one frost line in Illinois: 1) 10" to 20" for Southern Illinois 2) 15" to 30" for Central Illinois (frost line for Peoria) 3) 20" to 35" for Northern Illinois
