Feline is not a gender, it means "like a cat" when used as an adjective. It generally refers to the way someone moves. Though feline movement is often applied to women, there are men whose motion is also noted as being feline.

The two genders of felines are often referred to, at least among the smaller cats, as "toms" and "queens".
