Technically, you could go to juvenille detention center. 99% of the time you will get off with a warning. but if you're caught in school, or something like that you might have to go to a quitting smoking class.
It depends on if it is your child or not. if it is your child then there is no consequences unless he gets full out Drunk, then you can go to jail, or maybe get lucky with a hefty fine, now if you are giving it to some one that is not your child then you will automatically be thrown into jail and you will go on trial.
