What is the legal age to babysit in UT?
There is no law on age in Utah. Is the child safe? Does the child feel safe? Do they know what to do if there is a problem? Most authorities believe that 12 or 13, and not a sibling, is old enough to be trusted with younger children for short periods of time during the day. If they have proper training it helps.

Answer I am an officer of 12 years, to my knowledge there is not a strict law of a certain age to babysit in Tennessee. As I know, the average age is 11-12 years. My 12… year old son started babysitting my 3 year old daughter when he was 11. He is very responsible and he said it was easy. I think that children should be trusted with younger SIBLINGS at that age, not strangers kids. I found that my daughter loved it when she was babysat by him. 16 years old The legal age of baby-sitting is 12 for 3-4 hours
i'm almost positive that its 13, but usually no one cares as long as your mature enough. in my opinion, its up to the parent of the child in need of babysitting
The legal age to babysit in Canada is 12, but it can be earlier if you take specialized classes towards babysitting, where you can have the license to babysit at the age of te…n at the youngest.

Answer . I think it is either 13 or 14. Answer . I dont think the state has a law on babysitting age, that is up to the respective parents, but leaving a 8 year old w…ith two 2 year olds would but a no no. Depending on the maturity of the sitter and the arrangements, like emergency numbers and available adults in the other nearby homes in case of an emergency, kids can start babysitting at about 13 or 14 years old and not 5 children either maybe 2 and not infants.

There isn't a 'legal' age. It's pretty much whatever the parents want. That if, of course, if you are just watching kids for a family you know. However, if you want to g…et a job at a child care place, then it depends on the place itself
the legal age to leave your child at home alone is13 so i would assume babysitters must be at least this age
10 and on but age 9 and under isn't exceptable because their the ones who should be babysat not babysitting!
