What is the likely problem if you see small white black or colored spots on your LCD screen?

They are dead pixels, a television screen is made up of thousands of pixels and depending on which ones show a specific color more often or if you leave your tv on some pixels will eventually die over time. A single pixel cannot be fixed you would have to replace the entire screen.
