DR of Congo (formerly Zaire) was a Belgium colony then became independent, than a new president changed its name from Zaire to Congo, than the president was overthrown by a new president and it became the DR of Congo

R of Congo was a french colony then became independent, the was taken over by communist, than became freed and democratic, than there was a civil war were the president was outsted, now there is a president who acts as dictator
