If you assume that it has a 16-bit data bus, then it would be 128k
so the microprocessor can access 2^16 points, which is 64k (from it being a 16bit address)
16bits = 2 bytes (memory)
so through a 16 bit memory, it can access 2*64k, which is 128k
alternatively, if its 8bit memory, 8bits=1byte
1*64k = 64k
I'm no expert, and i was searching for the answer myself, hope this helped
What is the maximum memory address space that the processor can access directly
if it is connected to a β16-bit memoryβ?
A load bank might be permanently installed when the generator has a large generating capacity and the connected load is very light.
it referred to the clock speed ,commercially this is widely used in defining clock speed of oscillators connected with processors for generating timing signals.. 2.10ghz means 2.10*10^9 Hertz or this much signals per second
So that, as a user of electricity, he or she does not have to rely on only one local power generating station. A National Grid is a network of electricity supply lines carrying power from various generating stations There is usually more than one supply line to most points (or grid nodes), from more than one generating station. So, by using a National Grid, users can continue to receive power from the other power stations in the network whenever a power station or a distribution sub-station has to be taken out of service for maintenance work or when some power lines are destroyed by bad weather.
The short answer is: It's illegal. Almost universally, the power grid is the property of the power company, and is regulated by the utility. It is illegal to connect a generating device to the power grid without the express approval of the utility. It is highly unlikely that anyone needing to lookup the answer here could ever attain such approval. Any installations that are approved for power grid connection are connected by qualified electricians that have been certified for the connection of generating equipment by the utility. To answer the more general question of how generators become synchronized, small generators are basically forced into synchronization by the large generators on the grid. All generators connected to the same grid also utilize throttling devices to adjust their frequency and phase to properly match the grid, so that they are not a constant strain on the grid. Large generators are synced before being connected to the grid.
Assuming the generator is in good condition and designed to be connected to a power grid. A generator can be connected by ensuring the generator is at very nearly the same speed as the grid (typically very slightly faster) and is generating a similar voltage. When the phases of the generator and grid align, the circuit breakers can be closed and the generator will become locked to the grid. If the generator is connected to the grid without being in phase, the difference in phase will allow significant current to flow and in some situations can actually be worse than a direct short circuit. As a result of this power companies use sophisticated equipment to ensure that generators can be safely connected to the grid without damage. Household, camping and most industrial generators are not designed to be synchronised with the grid and should not be connected to a grid system.
microprocessor can access 2^8 points which is 256 then we have 8 bit memory = 1 bytes then 1*256 =256 bytes
Anything connected to the computer is called a peripheral
They're connected by cables. The wind spins the turbine - generating electricity. The electricity is fed into the national grid by cables.
History, historical contingency, memory.
UniT transformer are step up transformer which is connected to generating house & step up voltage from 11/15kV votlage to 220/400kV voltage level as requirement or line design parameter. It is just like transformer but connected to unit of the generating house that's why we called it unit transformers.
Pangea was a hypothetical land area believed to have once connected nearly all of the earth's landmasses together.
microprocessor 8085 is basic 8 bit microprocessor by Intel Corp. it has 64Kb memory and 16 address buses and 8 data buses it has 40 pin ic. 8 address and 8 data buses are multiplexed with each other for reducing the total number of pins from the microprocessor 8085 . it require 5MHz clock frequency for operation. only a crystal which connected easily across two pins of microprocessor can provide this clock.
that would be kind of impossible, considering there is most likely no roads connected LOL!
A load bank might be permanently installed when the generator has a large generating capacity and the connected load is very light.
An electronic component is simply used to resist the flow of a certain current. In theory, it is connected to a circuit board and includes those resistors, capacitors, and transistors.
None. A microprocessor is just the processing core - ALU, registers, microcode sequencers, buses, etc. A microCONTROLLER will have peripherals built into the same package and connected to a microprocessor. You will need to check with the specific vendor to see what peripherals are available with which core. Currently, the 8051 is probably the longest lasting, most used 8 bit processor. I suggest looking at data sheets from the following companies: Atmel, Philips, Infineon, and Texas Instruments.
Yes the James F. Crist Generating Plant located in Pensacola, Florida burns coal to both heat and turn water into steam which is used to turn a turbine connected to an electrical generator which produces the electricity. It's total generating capacity is 970,000 KW, and it has four (4) generating units.
