Actually the correct phrase is Om Namah Shiviya, or phonetically: Om Naa- Mah She Vai- Ya. It starts with the auspicious sound "OM" or "Aum", and, Namah means to bow, so the mantra means "I bow to Shiva". It is used in Shiva worship throughout the world. The sound "Om" or "Aum" is the sound of creation the yogi hears just before he dissolves his consciousness into the infinite current, or the "absolute". To Shavites, Shiva is the absolute unmoving male principle of the absolute God, and Parvati, or shakti, is the moving absolute principle. When they join together there is oneness of the relative and absolute. The practitioner, or yogi, who experiences this union of Shiva and Shakti, experiences bliss consciousness.
OM HREEM NAMAH: SHIVAYA
In gods Mahadev is the first and strongest ( and every gods prays to him even Vishnu himself always prays to Mahadeva). In every body there is a soul ( shiva ) and strength ( shakti ) to do work. That is why every body is the part of Shiva and when people dies, the soul resides back to Shiva. Mahadeva is the creator of all worlds Heaven, Earth, Hell ( one which have life: that includes every planet which have life on it in this universe ).
Do you know that every living things have third eye ...
yes, human also do have third eye. It is located in between two purikas ( eye brows ). In order to experience the energy of third eye just direct the two eye towards the joining part of eye brows, you have to say mantras in order to get full power of it because some sounds produce maximum potential to evoke the power of third eye.
Among Mantras OM HREEM NAMAH: SHIVAYA have the maximum potential.
because it contains both the power of Shiva and shakti ( Sambashiva ).
And of course don't use this energy towards good people because it will harm you only ( Reason: Every living things consists of shiva as soul )
You can use the third eye power against evil people it won't harm you because those who are evil ignores Shiva and when they die they go to hell.
Do you know one thing Islam people follows one god.
But most Muslims do not follow the Quran well that's why most of them don't have light (Shiva) inside them. ( If you have some time try to read Quran because it consists of simpler techniques to raise the light inside )
In order to provoke Third eye power you have to do good things, which is light.
More good things you do higher the power it will be and light inside you increases.
Do you know what happens if all the light inside you is lost, you will die and go to hell. So try to provoke the third eye in order to destroy evil , in such a way light will be restored in you self.
Have a nice day. :)

In QURAN it says that there will appear 30 dajjals ( antichrist or against Allah or against MAHADEV) of this the famous dajjal is one eyed dajjal ( so far i found out some of the the dajjals in here they are satya sai bhava , Benedict XVI pope, barrack Obama ( one eyed American dajjal , in the dollar bills it shows the one eyed figure in it, and so one who sits and control America right now is the worst dajjal appeared.
He is trying to mislead people and making people ignorant to god. So beware of these guys . There is a truth in Islam that once made into Islam and follows it carefully he will never be attacked by evil forces. And barrack Obama is a not a true Islam , he married a christian woman named Michelle and not following Islamic rules. That's why I said he is the ignorant and claims himself the god.
If an avatar of oneness came to this world he will be filled with the light inside and outside like Jesus, moses, Abraham, Noah, Mohammed , Krishna etc.( all of them are shiva's part and reside with him and come from him again and again).
