While we can pretty much agree on what is unhealthy and healthy, the degree to which something is unhealthy is somewhat subjective.

While that might be true, no one said it was best for them to be getting their 3000 calories a day from processed junk! Hungryman also introduced a Hungryman XXL dish, with 1.5 pounds of food instead of the usual 1. I can't find the nutritional facts, but I'm sure they're even more frightening.

I cannot tell that what is the most unhealthy food. For me, I think about high calorie menu that can make fatter such as Spaghetti, hamburger , hot dog. And foods which not provide enough nutrition to our body are also unhealthy food.

Fried food, chips, snacks, and frenchfries are all the most harmful junk foods because most of them include artificial flavor, artificial coloring, emulsifier, stabilizer, and chemicals.
Individual foods are not unhealthy. It's all about the overall balance of the diet. You need the right amounts of energy foods, protein, vitamins, minerals, fibre and water. In richer countries many dietary problems are caused by eating too much fat and not enough fibre.
