Best Answer

Well the most points scored by a single person is Wilt Chamberlain, and he scored 100 points. The highest scoring game was on December 13, 1983 between the Denver Nuggets and the Detroit Pistons. The final score was Pistons: 186, and Nuggets: 184. This game however went into triple overtime, that is the reason for such a high score.
