He got his sharingan from Obito Uchiha After achieving Ninja Rank Jonin (jo-neen) He got a gift from everybody on the team.Obito never gave him one.Later Two Bandits come in the story.One sliced Kakashi's left eye and it was bandaged.They fought off the bandit until the other bandit Caught Rin and took her away to kill her.Obito wanted to save Rin but Kakashi thought she could get out of it herself.Obito convinced him to help.As they were retrieving Rin the place was going to cave in.Kakashi was hit with a rock and blacked out for a moment and Obito saved his life by throwing him out of the way and getting crushed with the rock.So as he was dying he decided to give his left sharingan to Kakashi so they can see the world together.So he asked Rin to do medical surgery to transplant his Sharingan to Kakashi's sliced left eye.So as he was dead Kakashii seeked vengeance on the bandit who did it.By having the sharingan It improved his chidori and killed the other bandit.Ever since then Kakasi keeps thinking... Rin Kakashi's former team-mate does (she's a medic) does - the eye is taken from Obito Uchiha (the last member of the squad - which was lead by the later Yondaime Hokage) who is dying and want's to help his friend in his last minutes :)
In Naruto if Danzo has the Sharingan is he a Uchiha?
Not always. The only way to get the sharingan if you are not an Uchiha is to have a medical ninja transplant his sharingan eye into their own. I would say he is not an Uchiha because an Uchiha would have a sharingan eye in both eyes, while Kakashi and Danzo only have one Sharingan eye. He is not an Uchia he took an uchia's eye that is very powerful especially with powers of persuasion. He also has many sharingan eyes on his right arm (i think ten) and the first hokages cells in him so he can use izinagi (not sure how to spell that name might be wrong) which alows him to make any wound or death a dream. In other words he can make it so he was never hurt. (he can't fully do it though but Tobi who is actually madara can use it well-for five minutes. danzo can only use it for one minute).

He Got it From Obito when he was on a mission when he was younger. Obito got crushed by a rock and gave kakashi his Sharingan as a gift before he died. Obito had the Sharingan because he was an Uchiha.
Is Sasuke stronger than Kakashi?
No. When Sasuke and Kakashi had a recent showdown Sasuke shot an arrow from his new sussanoo and Kakashi couldn't dodge it so he used his mangekyou sharingan to teleport it. If Sasuke used that more times Kakashi would have to use is mangekyou sharingan more. if he uses it two or more times in a day he would die as we saw in his battle with pain. true, but kakashi can copy sasukes moves and use it to his own benefit and he has kamui. If he uses his 2 attacks wisely he should be able to survive. for example kakashi can just teleport the susanoo arrow at the weak point of sasukes susanoo as danzo pointed out where it was. also kakashi has mastered his lightning blade so that he has clones and wolfs made out of lightning to defend him but sasuke has mastered the mangekyou sharingan to another level surpassing kakashi and also has very strong wielding of his lightning affinity. sasuke will win now but if kakashi ever does what I mentioned above it can go either way.

However, achieving the chakra stability and the training in the kekkei genkai was a different story, and it took a fair amount of time for him to master the feat. 3) That he made another best friend that has not been mentioned and somehow caused his or her death, post-KG and pre-manga. What is universally known is that Kakashi could not have received the ability to use the Mangekyo Sharingan during any of the Naruto chapters, for it is known that his best friend is Gai, and obviously Gai is still alive. I dont get why people are not using their brains cause that is a proof that tobi is not obito.
