What is the name of the waterhog on Lion King?
I assume you mean "warthog." His name is Pumbaa (voiced by Ernie Sabella).

simba Simba, Scar, Mufasa, Timon, Nala, Pumbaa, Rafiki, Zazu, Shenzi, Banzai, Ed, Sarabi, Sarafina. I think that is it, besides all the additional voices.....
Rafiki is the baboon in The Lion King. He has the coloring of amandrill. Rafiki means 'friend' in Swahili and he is definitely agreat friend to Mufasa and Simba. He acts as a type of shaman forthe lions of Pride Rock and gives wise advice. His chant, 'Asante sana, squash banana, wewe nugu, mimi hapa…na'means 'Thank you very much (squash banana), you're a baboon and I'mnot!" (MORE)
Simba's female friend was named Nala. Simba & Nala's daughter was named Kiara. Nala's mom was Sarafina. Simba's mom was Sarabi. Zira is Kovu's mother and Vitani is Kovu's sister
His name is Rafiki. His voice was provided by Robert Guillaume. Also, technically, Rafiki is not a monkey. He is a mandrill.
...it may be Sarafina now that I think about it. (it sounds familiar to me enough), If not try and see if you can watch the movie or ask some of your friends. Yes it is definitely Sarafina. It says it at: http://www.animationsource.org/lion_king/en/articles/Who_is_Nala_s_father/81860.html&id_f…ilm=13 (MORE)

Simba, Mufasa, Scar, Timon, Pumbaa, Rafiki, Banzai and Ed are the male characters in the movie The Lion King. The official sequel movie The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride introduces new male characters Kovu and Nuka. Some profit fanfiction books introduce male character names such as Kopa and Taka.
The book universe of The Lion King ( The Lion King: Six New Adventures ) states Mufasa's parents were Ahadi and Uru, but they are not canon. Because Mufasa's crators, as in the first film's makers, denied those books' main character Kopa from existing in their movie by calling the cub "Fluffy" wit…h no gender--and thus also the parents' names from those books are not in the film's backgrounds in canon. == Rafiki, the baboon. He is wise, comical, eccentric and very spiritual. He encourages Simba to go back to the Pridelands to save the lionesses from starvation. (And he also hits Simba on the head, to remind him of who he truly is.)
Simba, (the lion prince), Mufasa (Simba's father), Nala (Simba's best friend), Scar (Simba's uncle), Sarabi (Simba's mother), and Sarafina (Nala's mother)
Nothing is officially known about his father. There is a fanfiction book series given a stamp of approval by Disney's marketting device. The book universe is made out of several different story books which contents contradict each others. The book universe is nothing more but profit fanfiction stori…es and not officially connecting with the films. In a few of those books his father's name was Ahadi. In 1995 Laserdisc and 2003 on the DVD's commentary track the first film's makers have denied the book universe existence in the movie universe. (MORE)
His name was Pumbaa. He is a warthog with a large appetite and is very kind-hearted!
Shenzi, Banzai and Ed. Shenzi is a female. She is the smartest of the trio. Banzai is her brother, he is the second smartest. And Ed is also a male. He is the dumbest of the trio. They are all related and seem to have a connection together.
I'm not sure if this question is asking for the types of animals or the charcater names. So here's my best shot at both. Lions: Mufasa Sarabi Simba Nala Sarafina (Nala's mom) Scar Hyenas: Shenzi Bonzai Ed Baboon: Rafiki Hornbill: Zazu Meerkat: Timon Warthog: Pumbaa Other animals …on the Pridelands: cheetahs giraffes hippos ostriches gazelle topi (not sure of the spelling-- pronounced "toe-pee") wildebeest elephants zebra (MORE)
Banzai --male, sort of intelligent, always cracking stupid jokes Shenzi--female, leader, most intelligent Ed--male, very stupid, the laughingstock of the three All the hyenas joined Scar when he tried to take over the Pride Lands
It was voted upon between the animals of the jungle. Na jks, It's the top of the food chain in the jungle.
Depends on which lion you are referring to: . Simba - the main character . Mufasa - Simba's father and Scar's older brother . Scar - Simba's uncle and Mufasa's younger brother; the central villain . Nala - Simba's childhood friend and eventual mate . Sarabi - Simba's mother and Mufasa's mate …. Sarafina - Nala's mother; the lioness seen bathing Nala when Simba asks Nala to come play with him (MORE)
In Part I it is Scar (Simba's Uncle) In Part II it is Zira (Scar's supposed mate) Vitani and Nuka
Scar. It likely is not his birth name, but is his only canon name and only official name by Disney itself. His actual name is Taka.. There are TLK books but they are well out of my budget. That's his name in the books though, it's called 'A Tale of Two Brothers'
I am going to assume that you are talking about Disney movies.. Unfortunately, there is not an orangutan in Disney's the Lion King , but there is a certin orangutan in Disney's the Jungle Book , who if you remember sings the song, "I wanna be like you", named Louie or King Louie.
Lion King I . Mufasser . Scar . Simba . Sarabi . Nala . Lion King II . Simba . Nala . Kiara . Kovu . Zira
The bird in The Lion King, Zazu, is actually a hornbill, not aparrot. The only Disney movie that features a parrot as a characteris Aladdin. The parrot in that film is named Iago.
I don't know which character you are reffering to so here are a few.... Simba, Nala, Mufasa, Sarabi, Raffiki, Scar, Timon, and Pumba
The only lionesses that are named in The Lion King are Nala, Sarabi, and Sarafina. Nala is Simba's friend. Sarabi is Simba's mother, and Mufasa's mate. The movie doesn't tell what Nala's mom's name is, but the end credits states her name is Sarafina.
There are a couple lionesses in The Lion King but the main characters are Nala, Simbas Queen, and Sarabi, Simbas Mom.
In the profit fanfiction book series "The Six New Adventures" the current king's name is Ahadi.
The lion characters are: The Lion King I: Simba, Mufasa, Sarabi, Sarafina, Nala, and Scar. The Lion King II: Kiara, Nala, Simba, Zira, Vitani and Nuka.
They pick the names for the Lion King characters from words in the Swahili language. For example, Simba is translated into Swahili meaning "lion". They also chose Swahili words for the characters so it can connect with their personalities such as Zira (who hates Simba and the Pridelanders) means "…hate" in Swahili. (MORE)
It depends on which king you are referring to. Mufasa was the king in the beginning of the film. After Mufasa died, Scar became king until he defeated by his nephew, Simba, who became king at the end of the movie.
In the movie The Lion King and The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride, he is called Rafiki, but in the books it may be different. I have not read them yet. ~Kizzy
in the 13th legacy the tribe leader know as gibachi hang was elected as the lion king when he had fought off a lion from killing a baby
There are more than two lions in The Lion King so whichever two do you mean is unclear, so to answer the question, here are all the official lion characters from the official The Lion King which is the movie universe only. The names and who they are in the films: The Lion King: Simba (the prin…ce), Nala (Simba's best friend and future queen), Mufasa and Sarabi (Simba's parents as in the king and the queen), Sarafina (Nala's mother, Nala's father is officially unknown), Scar (Simba's uncle and Mufasa's brother.) The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride : New characters are: Kiara is Simba and Nala's daughter and their first and only child. Zira is a grown up female lion whose official origin besides that she belonged to Scar's pride, is unknown, but there are several fan theories. Kovu is Zira's youngest child and the last born before Simba exiled them after returning and killing Scar. The film states twice that Scar was not Kovu's father. Nuka is Kovu's older brother. Vitani is Kovu's older sister and Nuka's little sister. There are many profit fanfiction books and comics that introduce numerous new lion characters but none of them exist in the official movie universe. (MORE)

The name of the king at the beginning of the movie is called Mufasa but after his untimely death, his brother, Scar, becomes king. Then, at the end of the movie, Simba returns to claim his rightful place as king. Hope that helps. =]
I'm not sure what you mean, but rearrange the letters of "temaker" and you have "meerkat" which is what the character named Timon is.
In the Lion King, the main hero's name is Simba. The story followsthe journey of how Simba becomes the king of his tribe afterSimba's father is killed by his uncle Scar. Simba runs away fromthe pride and learns what it takes to become a true king andreturns to avenge his father's death.
In the first film he isn't shown or implied to have any mate besides perhaps Sarabi. The official (as in made by Disney's people in their movie studios) sequel made up the lioness Zira, and a deleted scene (foundable on the DVD's bonus material) implies that she may have been Scar's mate - but all t…he scene really does is show that Zira wanted to be / thought she would be, not that she actually had been. The Lion King isn't a book, so it doesn't have any chapters. However, there are three films of the Lion King film series, the first being The Lion King , the second being The Lion King II: Simba's Pride , and the third being The Lion King 1½.
If refering to the cub at the end of The Lion King movie, it's most officially called "Fluffy" and it has no gender nor real name. Hence the commentary track of the film on which the producer and directors of the film talk about the cub. But, the only official movie sequel blended "Fluffy" with Ki…ara in official content (the film's official trailer), thus the cub's most official identity and name, is Kiara . (MORE)

The meanings of the name from llion king2 are: Simba-It means lion in African language Swahili Nala-In Swahili, the meaning is "gift" Kiara-clear,bright,famous in Latin&Italian. But it means "black" in Irish Kovu-"Scar" in Kiswahili Zira-"Hate" in Swahili Nuka-"stink" in Swahili Vitani-"Vita" means… war in Swahili,so her name means "demon of war" Timon-"honour" in hebrew It has no meaning in Swahili In Greek it means "He who respects" Pumba-"To be foolish, silly, weakminded" Rafiki-"Friend"in Swahili In Aarabic,"Rafiq" also means "friend" Scar-his real name was "taka" before he got that scar. Officially Simba has only one child, and the name depends on which part of the franchise you're looking at. . In the original movie alone it does not have a real name nor gender, for on the commentary track its creators called it just "Fluffy" with no gender reference - even after the sequel film…. . In the official sequel film this genderless "Fluffy" was turned into the girl Kiara as shown by its official trailer and confirmed by one of the animators in a magazine interview. . In a book series called 'Six New Adventures' it's been turned into a boy Kopa. . In other books that contradict those books, it's been left as a nameless boy or a girl, depending on the book. Thus, if you regard only the first film, Simba's baby does not have an official name nor gender but it can be anything you want it to be. If you regard both of the films combined, the baby's name is Kiara and it's a girl. If you regard the Six New Adventures books the baby's name is Kopa and it's a boy. If you regard other books, the baby can be anything you want it to be, possibly limited with whichever gender the book visions it to be. (MORE)
It could either be Toucan Dan, who is actually from the spinoff Timon and Pumbaa show, or it could be Zazu from the movie, who is a Hornbill, not a Toucan.
