A baby doesn't dilate, a cervix does.
it means child coming out of vagina. This is the most common process of birth.
wala akong maisasagot..nagtatanong nga eh
The answer to this question is somewhat complicated. Firstly some advice. Introducing anything into the cervix can possibly result in infection, a highly undesirable outco…me. Should you decide to proceed despite this risk, it is strongly advised that anything you introduce to your cervix be squeaky clean. Most women would find attempting what you are suggesting to be extremely uncomfortable, if not overly painful. At the very least, a great deal of time and patience would be required, as most women can not just force an object of that size into their cervix. Of the people that have discussed succeeding, most if not all have mentioned that they have had one or more vaginal childbirth. Either way, if you truly are interested in pursuing this, a finger is probably not the most ideal penetration to start off with (fingers tend to carry a lot of bacteria, and that fingernail of yours is not going to be overly comfortable). Extremely small (and clean) vibrators or other smooth, thin devices can do the trick. For people who are very serious about pursuing this sort of "cervix play", and do not have an overly accepting cervix, metal cervix dilators (similar to what doctors use, these can be found online), can be used in increasing diameter to gradually open the opening of the cervix to the point where other larger items (such as a finger) can be more easily inserted (the metal is easier to clean, never use glass as that can shatter). In two very unusual cases, I was informed that one woman was able to insert a small egg vibrator after 3 hours of gradual dilation and another woman (who had a prolapsed uterus) was actually able to experience and apparently enjoy cervix sex. In the case of the egg vibrator, the woman had to start if off slow, and if not enjoying sexual stimulation while using it, actually found it rather uncomfortable, though with sex, it was apparently very enjoyable. Either way, expect cramping if you rush things along to rapidly, though again this may be different for each person. Again, one last warning, foreign objects can carry bacteria, and these can result in a very nasty infection. If you proceed and end up with any symptoms beyond cramps for a short period of time, you should check in with your doctor to make sure nothing serious is going on.
yes you can have a miscarriage without the cervix dilating. its usually an early miscaragie …
expands up to 10cm during labor
A spontaneous vaginal delivery (SVD) is a medical term used to describe when a pregnant woman goes into labor without the use of drugs or techniques to induce labor, and deliv…ers her baby in the normal manner, without a cesarean section. In other words, it is the natural birth of a child, simply without the intervention of modern techniques devised by humans. The general motive behind choosing to proceed with a SVD rather than a modern delivery is of concern over the possibility of artificial methods having an unnatural and unintended harmful effect on the infant. It is widely accepted that synthetic medical drugs have been observed to produce adverse health effects and as such the FDA attempts to enforce disclosure of these effects to consumers, when the effects are deemed statistically significant. In addition to these known risks, medication carries with it the risk of causing harm in ways not currently known or understood. Although most professionals in the medical industry would contend that such risks are often negligible, being that drug use is so common, there are however many holistic practitioners, other professionals, and members of the public which disagree with this contention and are not willing to take the risk. Afterall, an infant child is a fragile creature, intimately connected to the health of its mother. As for pain management, one may consider the most natural approach to be a healthy diet, high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, essential fatty acids (omega-3), etc. The psychological factor can also be effected through more-natural means, through something as simple as learning to stay calm, or through procedures such as hypnosis. Some might consider taking certain plants ("herbs") not normally considered food, with the intention of having them function as natural pain killers. This approach however might not be considered acceptable by those striving for as natural a process as possible, as it is possible for herbs to contain biochemicals which function very similarly to synthetic chemical drugs. You can type "natural pain killer" into a search engine to learn more; otherwise visit http://letmegooglethatforyou.com/?q=natural+pain+killer%0A The above information provided by Red Five Development, the makers of iPod / iPhone apps such as Brainwave Entrainment (audio for improving cognitive functioning) and FlashCards (for quizzing/studying anything you want to learn). When women are about to give birth the cervix, or opening to the uterus or womb, dilates. This is a gradual stretching of the opening as the baby is pushed outward. The amount… of dilation is often used as a measure of progress of labour. The cervix has to dilate about 10 cm before the baby can pass through.
2.54 cm = 1.0 inch
when the cervix dilates,it softens and opens up with each contration, ready to deliver a baby
Yes, the cervix dialates during childbirth, all the way up to 10cm.
