At 6 your week baby is about is about an 1/8" long and weighs less than one gram! Your baby's heart beat is regular (although it may still be to light to detect) and his/her limbs are beginning to bud out!

The normal size for an embryo at 6 weeks is about 8 mm or 1/4 inch. By this time, the heart is beginning to beat and the brain starts to divide into 5 parts.
It's the same size as a dried pea.
If you mean 4 weeks after conception the embryo is about 1/6 to 1/4 inch (4 to 6 millimeters) long.
