My guess is the Patek Philippe Calibre 89, it is often described as the most complicated watch ever created. There is only 1 copy in existence.

That is a pocket watch. The OP asked about wrist watches.

BTW there are 4 copies in existence. One each in yellow, white rose gold, and one in platinum.

(Another example are the many pocket watches Abraham Louis Breguet made on special order for royalty, high ranking army officers, and the upper class.

I'm sorry, but there are literally hundreds of one-of-a-kind wrist watches out there.

Some just have more famous brand names than others. At one time Hamilton Watch Company would make a watch and substitute the letters of your name for the regular numerals or hour markers. And a well-known watch company (in business right now) on Main Street in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania offers a completely custom-made wrist watch for anyone with a few spare thousands of dollars on hand.

Hi,

The best wrist watch in the world for me is Teslar. I personally like its collection. Its just not a regular watch but wearable wellness. Its just not a smart watch but a watch with a chip designed so elegantly. Teslar watches are created to protect the global community from the electromagnetic radiation that emerges from everyday technology. Do check its website.
