Pineapple, Soy Sauce and Ginger.
They marinate a top sirloin steak in a blend of Pineapple Juice, Soy Sauce and ground Ginger for 3 days.
Yield 5 Gallons (you will probably want to reduce this)
8 46oz Cans Pineapple Juice
1/2 Gallon Sugar
1 Gallon Soy Sauce
1-1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1-1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Ginger Powder
1/4 Cup Garlic Powder
Mix all ingredients, stir well, marinate Top Sirloin Steaks for 3 days. Grill to serve.. Note, the sugars in the marinate will cause the steaks to char up, so grill on a lower flame.
