I had surgery on my L4-5 March 2008. I am about 80% fully recovered. I recommend as much walking and stretching as possible. My physiotherapist has been great with helping me figure out what fitness I should be doing. I have been working out at the gym for 4 months now.

Mars,Jupiter, and Cyrus!After some intense dialogue, Cyrus will proceed to awaken Dialga (or, ifyou're playing Pokemon Pearl, Palkia) in the most AMAZING scene ever in thehistory of Pokemon games (at least, that's what I think). Save your game andheal your Pokemon, because you're about to enter a pretty challenging fight.When you're ready, step north, and Mars and Jupiter will challenge you to afight. Just then, Rival will rush in to help you out, eager to get his revengeon Jupiter from their battle in Lake Acuity earlier._______________|.User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)~.\____________________ ____________________________,-----.,BOSS BATTLE `User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)\_/User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)User:98.206.181.7803:24, 2 Jul 2008 (UTC)... $7280 |\|\ Commander Mars |_| Commander Jupiter '._____.'|`*\============v===========v=====v==( )===========v===========v=====v===/#||*| Bronzor | STL / PSY | L41 | |#| Bronzor | STL / PSY | L41 | |#||*|------------^MOVES:-----^-----^---|...|*| [ Gyro Ball ][ Extrasensory ] |#| [ Gyro Ball ][ Extrasensory ] |#||*| [ Light Screen ][ Confuse Ray ] |#| [ Rock Slide ][ Reflect ] |#||*|__________________________________|...>*>===========v===========v=====v==( )===========v===========v=====v=============v===========v=====v==( )===========v===========v=====v==*>=============v===========v=====v===============v===========v=====v===============v===========v=====v==
