It's called a pimento. The pimento is a pepper similar to the bell pepper. It has a mild flavor and is the main ingredient in pimento cheese. These are stuffed olives, by the way, and do not occur like this naturally.
It's a pimento, a type of red pepper. It isn't a natural part of the olive... it's put there as a flavor enhancer, to counter the natural bitter taste of a freshly-picked olive.
not naturally, there are Cerignola Red Olives from the Apuglia region of Italy, however they are apparently green cerignnola olives treated with food colorant.
It is a small piece of pimento pepper.

Sounds like an Autumn Olive
turquoise or red
You need a cool blue such as prussian blue or or a lighter cool blue such as cerulean blue depending on the type of olive green you wish to make. Basically blue and yellow make green so if you add a colour from the yellow part of the spectrum you will get some form of green. Try a light orange or a hot yellow to give an olive green. Experiment with different combinations of blue and yellow. If you have already made a basic green with blue and yellow but it is not murky enough to be olive then try adding a little red to it (choose an orangey red not a purpley red).

Olive green is a tricky color because there are so many shades of Olive green, from light olive to loden. If the olive you are trying to use is a dark olive, treat it as a brown. Usually any colors that go with brown will also go with a dark olive. The lighter olives present more of a problem but you can get around this by realizing that olive green is a mixture of yellow and black. Black is a good accent for a light olive, you can also get away with some shades of navy. Yellow is also a good color selection. On a dark olive, red makes a good accent color. Your best bet is to hold the color you're thinking of using next to the olive, to see how they react to each other.
If you mix red with dark brown you get a maroon color. If you mix dark brown with a forest green you cab get an olive green.
Its red black and green with a white design in the center
Sage green is basically a greyed green. Start with a medium green add white to lighten the shade then add a touch of black to grey the colour down.
Olives are actually a fruit. They are fermented and don't naturally come with the red center that red center is a pepper called pimento that is purposely placed in the middle of the olive for taste. Peppers are also a fruit too, anything with seeds.
