to discharge waste materials from the body

to fight diease. if you want to get more details, then in a nutshell, it has theprimary function of identification of and protection frominfections and some diseases with use o…f the specialized cells, tissues, and organs that make up the immune system. Among otherprocesses, it recognizes there is an invader and produces specialcells called antibodies which can neutralize it (e.g., intrudingpathogens, or foreign bodies or other substances that shouldn't bethere). These invaders that can trigger an immune response arecalled antigens. The immune system produces the required cells toneutralize these potentially pathogenic organisms or substances.
Collects wastes produced by cells and removes it from the body
Excretion is the removal of waste products made by the body. When you breathe out your lungs are removing waste carbon dioxide made by your cells. This is part of excretion….. The carbon dioxide is made by the process of respiration in your cells. Respiration is the release of energy from food. When glucose sugar is respired, energy is released and water and carbon dioxide are produced:. glucose + oxygen ---> water + carbon dioxide + ENERGY. The oxygen which is used in respiration is taken into the body by the lungs when you breathe.. For more about breathing and the respiratory sustem see:. http://yucky.discovery.com/flash/body/pg000138.html The excretory system is not really a true system of the body. It is a function that is shared by several different systems. The lungs excrete mostly carbon dioxide, the GI tract excretes solid wastes as feces, the kidneys excrete urine, and the skin excretes wastes in sweat. Excretory means basicly to collect waste products and remove it from the body... so when u breath, u breath in O2 (oxygen) and u breath out Co2 (carbon dioxide). so u are removing Co2 Lungs exhale carbon dioxide enriched, moistened, and warmed air which has lost some oxygen to the blood but the lungs also help you move you hand right and left because there is a diaphragm under the lungs that helps control movement. A diaphragm is a large organ that is produced from the brain. The holy pant are right what? this is all i heard! pingas exhale pingas pingas enriched, moistened, and warmed pingas which has lost some pingas to the pingas but the pingas also helps you pingas you pingas right and left because there is a pingas under the pingas that helps control pingas. A pingas is a large pingas that is produced from the pingas. The holy pingas are right The lungs (and gills) of organisms constantly secrete gaseous wastes from the bloodstream as a regular part of respiration. The lungs, along with the respiratory system as a whole, play a vital role in the removal (via gaseous excretion) of Carbon Dioxide (CO2), a byproduct of cellular respiration and cellular metabolism, among the countless other functions performed by any given cell in any LIVING organism.
· Skin o Expels water, sodium chloride and urea during sweating. (Incidental loss: because sweating is a response to a rise in temperature and not to a change in blood comp…ostion.) And protects against pathogens, trying to sneek into your skin and make you sickley!
The liver takes toxins out of your blood. It sends the things it takes out of the blood to get sent out of the body, which is what the excretory system does.
excretory system is important to a human begin because through the excretory system we are able to get rid of all the waste products in our body the lungs get rid of waste air…, the body get rid of waste and the kidneys get rid of urine.
It stores your urine.
the role of the excretory/urinary system is to remove wastes your body does not need.
because food has to be broken down into a form your cells use.
It would poison itself with waste very quickly. In order for the species to survive, it would have to be re-engineered.
it has the role of egestion

What is the role of the excretory and respiratory systems in maintaining humans as functioning organisms?
to provide oxygen to the blood & to filter wastes
The result of weakened kidneys is that blood will not be filtered efficiently. This affects the amount of urine produced. Another outcome is that unwanted substances (waste ma…terials) might circulate in the blood instead of being excreted.
The urinary bladder stores urine until it is released duringurination, also known as voiding or micturition.
All over it. The excretory system includes the kidneys, bladder, bowel, rectum, skin and its pores and sweat glands, lungs (which excrete carbon dioxide and other unused gases… from the air), and most of the circulatory system
The nitrogenous waste products are very toxic to the central nervous system. So kidneys throw then out very effectively. It filters out 180/litres of fluid/day and reabsorbs m…ost of it, leaving 0.5 to 2 liters for urine.
