This two regions are very different. South east is the most developed region of the country, it houses the most of industries, offices, peoples, money, education existing in the country.
At North region, at west, we found the big amazonica forest, that stand at Manaus state. Recently the Manaus government created the "Zona franca de Manaus" that is a big region where the industry don't need to pay taxes. This action brought to this region much development, but it still far away from the development reached by the south east region.
What we can find of equal among this two regions is the tongue, the nacionality, the laws, the curriculum education - but not with the same quality - among others.
