A supernumerary nipple (also known as a third nipple, accessory nipple, polythelia or polymastia) is an additional nipple occurring in mammals including humans. Often mistaken for moles, supernumerary nipples are diagnosed at a rate of 2% in females, less in males. The nipples appear along the two vertical "milk lines" which start in the armpit on each side, run down through the typical nipples and end at the groin. They are classified into eight levels of completeness from a simple patch of hair to a milk-bearing breast in miniature. Polythelia refers to the nipple alone while polymastia denotes the presence of glandular tissue. Sourced from: http://www.elresearch.com/Polythelia Hilarious...

The nipple is commonly considered to be the nipple and areola together, but they are differentiated in medical terminology. The areola is the pigmented circular part of the breast, indicating where the mammary glands (that produce milk) are, and the nipple is the part in the middle that sticks out from the breast. In human females, average outward projection of the nipple from the breast is 3/8 of an inch. Average diameter of the areola is about 1-1/4 inches, but it may be up to four inches in diameter.
A third nipple is also known as a supernumerary nipple or accessory nipple. They are diagnosed at a rate of one in eighteen in males and one in fifty in females.

You insert the correct size wrench into the pipe and as you unscrew it, a cam grabs the inside and hopefully unscrews the nipple. It may break also. Most pipes are rusted too tight for an internal pipe wrench to loosen them. What you can do that takes a little time is insert a hacksaw blade in the nipple and cut a notch through the nipple. This relives the pressure on the nipple. Tap around the edge with a screwdriver or chisel and then try the wrench. For extremely rusty pipes, cut the nipple in 3 places and knock out the pieces.
The dome is on top of a library called Rush Rhees. As far as I know, the dome does not have an official name. It's unofficial name (to many of the students) is "the Nipple of Knowledge", due to it's nipple-like appearance.
A nipple is a nipple, simple as that. The sometimes darker // pinker skin around the nipple is called the aureole.
