The approximate diameter of a peach is about 2.9 inches, although the size can range from 2.1 to 3.7, that is, unless you live in Roald Dahl's book - James and the giant peach, in which it grows bigger than a double decker bus!

A peach stone is about 1.5 cm tall, or about half an inch. They are oval shaped and about .75 cm or 1/4 inch thick.
