Because Turkish has a dotted letter i and an undotted i, you would make sure to use the dotted capital I: İ So Istanbul becomes "İstanbul" in Turkish. If you spelled it using the regular capital "I", it would be as if you tried to spell it with the undotted i, which makes a different sound.

The spell "Petrificus Totalus" is a petrifying spell. If someone cast "Petrificus Totalus" on you, you would freeze up and be unable to move or make sound, though you will be consciously aware of what is going on around you. It is very different from a Stunner, which knocks you out completely.
