There is NONE! You cannot even ask for a "pardon" until after 10 years and it can NEVER be "EXPUNGED"..as in removed from your record! I know this as i have just went through this hell trying to get mine pardoned to visit Canada. In case you did not know you cannot visit Canada with a DUI on your record. It is not considered a "misdemeanor" as mine was in Colorado. It was my first and only offense of any kind, yet i am considered a felon in Canada. Say hello to the NEW WORLD ORDER! You have NO RIGHTS!!!

Yet some judge who just resigned/retired in a southern state pardoned hundreds of felons, including murderers the day before he retired. Now there's some real justice wouldn't you agree. The world has gone insane and it's taking us with it..
