There is none. Tickets have already informed you of the violation. A statute of limitations is to prevent someone from charging you with something years after it happened. You've already been charged!

I'm not sure what you mean about Statute of Limitations. If you've pled guilty and paid your fine, the summons will slide off your record after 18 months. If you have refused to appear on the summons, there is no Statute of Limitations. They just suspend your license until you DO appear.

There normally is not statute of limitations on a traffic ticket. You have been informed of the crime that you have committed, so there is no surprise or prejudice. Check with the ticket issuing entity for their rules and possible time limits.

Once a ticket has been issued, there is no statute of limitations. The violation has occurred, the violator has been notified and now it is just a matter of taking care of the penalty.
