God sent His Son Jesus to earth to save mankind. He made the virgin Mary pregnant with Jesus and had Him grow up as a Jewish child, so that he could be fully human and fully God, the only way that He could save mankind from our sin. He was crucified on the cross and forsaken by God so that He could take on all the sin of mankind. The story of Jesus can be read in the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, the first four books in the New Testament.
If you believe in the story of Jesus, then you should know Jesus was God's son.

Jesus IS the bigger picture of the Bible story. Jesus is the predicted Messiah from the Old Testament and the One spoken about in the New Testament. When you read the complete bible you will realize that Jesus the Christ is the main subject in the bible. He is the Big picture. His death on the cross of Calvary completed God's plan for mankind. Now all mankind has to do is accept Jesus Christ as Savior to be reconciled back to God. If a person does not accept Jesus as Savior they have spit in the face of God and will pay a heavy price for eternity.
