Ireland is roughly a minute behind England although England and Ireland follow Greenwich Mean Time. During the summer, Western European Summer Time is invoked. Irish Standard Time (Am Caighdeánach na hÉireann) or ACE, similar to British Summer Time (BST), starts on the last Sunday of March and ends on the last Sunday of October; the timing of ACE/BST is in accordance with the 9th EC directive.

There is no time difference between the UK (London) and Portugal (Lisbon) at any time of year.

Both the UK and Portugal observe Western European Time (WET), also referred to as GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) from the last Sunday in October until the last Saturday in March.

From the first Sunday in March to the last Saturday in October, both countries observe Western European Summer Time, called British Summer Time in the UK. This is GMT + 1

Most of the Caribbean Islands are on UTC - 4 hrs. all year, but some islands are on UTC - 5 hrs. all year and some islands are on UTC - 5 hrs. part of the year and UTC - 4 hrs. the rest of the year. That puts England 4 to 6 hrs. ahead depending on the island and the time of year.
