Depends on condition. In real estate value is based on three things; location, location, location. In firearms it is condition. There are several rating scales used to judge quality with the best of those being per cent remaining original finish. A 98% original condition 3200 field grade gun is going to be worth in the $800 to $1100 range. Higher grades and certain models will be worth more. The 3200 is somewhat subject to forearm cracking from lots of firing; e.g. skeet and trap guns. Remington had a recall on them in which the stock was reinforced and other modifications were made. This recall was free but is no longer offered (statute of limitations exceeded). It can be done by other gunsmiths but the cost is likely to be in the $600 to $800 range. If the gun has not had the modification it will be worth less than one that has had it; on the low end of the $800 mentioned above. With the mod it should be on the high end, or above, the $1100. The 3200 was for many years a favorite for skeet and trap competitive shooters and many have had extensive modifications which may, or may not, substantially increase the value of the gun depending on who did the work and the overall condition of the piece.
