Look at the 7 in the date. If its tip is pointed, the coin would sell for 20 to 50 cents in average condition. If the tip is blunt, its value would be about double those numbers.

All prices are as of 09/2013.

Between face value and $2.50, depending on condition and type. If the nine on the date is stamped twice or hangs down lower than the other numbers, your penny may be worth up to $2.50. If not, your coin is worth at most 15 cents.

About 50 cents if well-worn, up to maybe $2.50 if almost uncirculated.

If it is a high grade it can be worth up to around $25.00, depending on how good of condition it is in.

Please check your coin again. Canadian cents carried a maple leaf. Wheat-back cents were American coins issued from 1909 to 1958.

In circulated condition, the 1927, 1930, and 1931 may be worth a dollar or two, but the rest have little or no added value.
